Next-Day Delivery
Next Day (and beyond) delivery is included within our service area, at no additional cost.

Same-Day Delivery
Available on select items for orders placed by 10:30 AM. Same-day fee: $20.

Out of Range Delivery
Including Bee Cave and Barton Creek, delivery is available to Out of Range areas dependent on availability. Distance Delivery fee: $25.

General FAQ 

When will my flowers arrive?

Most deliveries arrive between 11 AM – 6 PM.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Email us and we’ll do our best to coordinate your preferred timeframe.

Will I be notified after delivery?

Yes. You’ll receive a delivery confirmation via email.

What if the recipient is unavailable?

We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location whenever possible. If access is limited, we’ll contact the recipient to reschedule.

Need to cancel or change your order?

Email us and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Will the arrangement look exactly like the photo?

We design each bouquet in the same style, color palette, and overall feel, though specific blooms may vary based on seasonal availability.

Hoping for something custom?

We love custom requests. Email us your ideas and we’ll create something uniquely yours.

Corporate Subscriptions & Office Arrangements

We hand-deliver seasonal, garden-inspired florals for offices, lobbies, and client-facing spaces throughout Austin. Subscriptions are available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and tailored to your needs.

• Provide a working phone number so they can receive updates if needed.
